We forgot to order the reception desk

We have ordered the business office furniture, but we forgot to get the reception desk and office chair. I am not sure if we should include the reception desk and office chair on the already existing business office furniture order or should we place a new order. I know we need the reception desk and office chair, but I am not sure if I want a separate bill. I think I will have to call and add it to the existing business office furniture order.
